Once you’ve raised and collected your sponsorship money, follow the instructions on your county sponsorship form, but please remember: Sending cash Please do not send cash – always send cheques or postal orders I am sending a cheque Terrific! Please make sure: 1. Your cheque is made payable to your chosen County Churches Trust 2. Your cheque is less than 6 months old when banked 3. The cheque is signed 4. The words and figures are the same amountCharity voucher (CAF) 1. The payee must be your chosen County Churches Trust 2. They must be in date – valid for 6 months only 3. Please do sign them (unless your cheque is for £10 or less) Tips on postage Please check the postage! Guessing the postage can cost us money! Thank you for taking part
